Lisa graduated 2006 with a Masters Degree-Family Nurse Practitioner from The Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY. After that, she worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care for 1During that time, she also served as the Graduate Nursing Program Director for the Sage Graduate School for 3 years. She began working in Pain management in 2016 and has been working in that field since then. She is licensed here in Florida as well as in New York and has held a Registered Nursing license since 1983.
Lisa has experience in several types of injections including joint injections, trigger point injections, trigger finger injections, occipital nerve blocks, plantar fasciitis injections . Additionally, she has experience with cosmetic injections including Botox and cosmetic fillers.

Nicholas Giordano, MD
Nicholas Giordano, MD received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, and completed an internship in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in New York City. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the State University of New York-Downstate Medical Center, and a fellowship in interventional pain management at The Spine and Pain Institute of New York. Dr. Giordano holds board certification from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Giordano provides personalized care to each of his patients, and utilizes the most innovative and proven pain treatments available. He has a special interest in neuromodulation and dorsal root ganglion stimulation. Dr. Giordano’s goal with each patient is to alleviate their pain and help them return to the activities they weren’t able to do, so they can truly enjoy life. When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Giordano enjoys spending time with family and friends, and stays active with sports and fitness activities.
